The basis of world order, established after the Second World War, forms a strong foundation of the United Nations and its Security Council, safeguarding us from catastrophic scenarios in the face of global threats to the world community.
Russia stands firm against any form of confrontation, while supporting consolidation of efforts to solve key challenges of development and survival of humanity.
